Visitation will be 12:00 P.M.  Friday, January 23, 2009 till services at 2:00 P.M. at Wells Funeral Thursday, January 23, 2009. Peggy was born July 3, 1933 in Boyle, MS. to the late Tallmage and Ita Ray Doty. She was homemaker, member of First Faith Baptist Church.   She is survived by her husband Charlie F. Higginbotham of Batesville, MS; 1 daughter: Debbie Higginbotham Richardson of Southaven, MS; 1 son: Charles Lynn Higginbotham of Batesville, MS; 2 brothers: Irby Doty of Kosciusko, MS and David Doty of Wellington, S.C.; 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
