Reverend Paul Middleton will officiate. Forrest was born in San Bernardino, Ca on October 09, 1968 to Raymond and Shirley Murphy Poe. He was employed at Golden Living Center as a LPN. He had attened MS State University and North West Community College were in which he recieved his LPN License. He is survived by his parents: Larry and Shirley Murphry Poe of North Carrollton, MS; wife: Holly Hollowell Poe of Batesville, MS; two daughters: Chelsea Renee Ratcliff and Christian Reed Ratcliff both of Batesville, MS. and one brother Shannon Poe of Brandon, MS.
