Louise Harper Still

Louise Still, age 71, wife of Charles L. Still, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 at her home near Courtland, MS. The funeral service for Mrs. Still will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville, MS. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville, MS. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at Wells Funeral Home. Reverend Chris Cooksey will officiate the service. Louise was born June 22, 1943 to Pauline Abbott Harper in Greenwood, MS. During her life time, she was a member of the Eureka United Methodist Church. She retired from the cafeteria at The South Panola School District after many years of service. In her leisure time she enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and Grandchildren. Her loving memory will be cherished by her husband, Charles L. Still of Courtland, MS; her daughter, Pam Still Cosby (Kevin) of Courtland, MS; her son Dennis L. Still (Janice) of Courtland, MS; her brother Charles Harper of Carrollton, MS; 4 Grandchildren, Brandon Cosby, Heather Poole (Will), Abby Still, and Nikki Still; and one Great Grandchild, Brylee Cosby. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Fred Harper, Ben Harper, and Jackie Harper.
