Bernice C. Lizana

Bernice Carolina Fleming Lizana, age 90, passed away Saturday evening, October 25, 2014 at her daughters home in Batesville, MS. She is the widow of the late Luther J. Lizana. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville, MS. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the graveside service at Wells Funeral Home. Reverend Ed Woodall will be officiating the service. Bernice was born December 9, 1923 in Edmonton, Alberta Canada to the Late George Wesley and Hertha Mayhan Fleming. She was homemaker and member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Memphis, TN. Bernice is survived by her daughter, Diana Lizana Green (John) of Batesville, MS; son, Anthony Lizana (Teresa) of Dallas, TX; three grandchildren, Kimberly Lizana and Kristopher Lizana both of Dallas, TX, Brian Steele of Houston, TX.
