Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church in Batesville with interment in Antioch Cemetery. Reverend Pat Ludlam and Reverend Ed Woodall with be officiating. Pallbearers will be Dallas Allgood, Woody Drake, Blake Shipp, Bubba Smoot, Joel Rivers, Dewayne Barmer, Clint Powers, Taylor Rivers, Lee Allen, Catlin McAuthur and Tyler Hudson. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Wells Funeral Home. Joseph was born Monday February 28, 1983 in Batesville, Ms. to Kathy Benson Sullivan and to the late Pete Sullivan. Joseph was a civil engineer for Pickering Engineer Firm in Jackson, Ms., and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Starkville, Ms.; Member of American Society of Civil Engineers and National Society of Professional Engineers. He is survived by his mother, Kathy Benson Sullivan of Batesville, Ms.; two sisters, Sarah Beth Sullivan and Fisher Sullivan both of Batesville, Ms.; one brother, Nicholas Sullivan of Batesville. Also, he leaves his grandparents, Mac and Tommy Benson of Courtland; Kay Sullivan of Wilmington, Ill. and Geneva Appleton of Batesville, Ms. The family has asked, that those who wish to sent memorials, please send them to North Delta School or First United Methodist Church, both of Batesville, Ms.
