Sarah Fowler Duncan

Ms. Sarah Fowler Wood Duncan, age 96, passed away late Tuesday evening July 15, 2014, at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida. Services will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday. Ms. Duncan was born November 7, 1918, in Courtland, MS to the late Hugh and Fannie Woodruff Fowler. She was a retired Bookkeeper and member of the First Baptist Church in Batesville, MS. Ms. Duncan is survived by two granddaughters, Sally Key Brown of St. Louis, MO, Jenny Key Johnson of Punta Gorda, FL and a niece, Ann McClay Tegethoff of St. Louis, MO.
