Jeff Scott Capwell

Jeffery "Jeff" Scott Capwell, age 52, passed away early Friday morning, May 30, 2014, in Courtland, MS. Jeff's family will celebrate his life 3:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday afternoon, June 1, 2014 at Pope Baptist Church in Pope, MS. Visitation will begin at 1:00 O'clock P.M. prior to the celebration Sunday at the church. Jeff was born August 3, 1961 in Batesville, MS to Earl Wayne and Billie Jean Brown Capwell. Jeff work many years as a landscaper and was a member of Pope Baptist Church. He was considered the family "Clown" and was always the life of an party. Jeff leaves behind many memories with his family, which include, his two daughters, Amanda Larai Capwell Putman of Pope, MS, Madison Angel Coalburn of Enid, MS; two sons, Jeffery Scott Capwell, Jr. of Pope, MS, Matthew Zachary Brown of Enid, MS; parents, Earl Wayne and Billie Jean Brown Capwell; three brothers, Ernie Capwell of Batesville, MS, Joey Capwell of Pope, MS, Tony Capwell of Pope, MS; and three grandchildren, Kelsey Capwell, Daniel Putman, and Alexis Putman.
