James Young Robertson

James Young Robertson, age 78, passed away early Tuesday morning, May 27, 2014, at Golden Living Nursing Home in Batesville, Mississippi. A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, 5/29/14, in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. James was born to Catherine Sanders & John Robertson in Panola County, Mississippi on April 10, 1936. He worked in the manufacturing industry as a Plant Manager. James served his country with the U.S. Army National Guard. Those survivors he leaves behind include his wife, Rose Ellen "Janie" Robertson of Batesville, MS; one son, Keith Alan Robertson of Biloxi, MS; 2 sisters, Nancy Tuberville (Don) of Indian Land, SC and Jewel Stewart (George) of Biloxi, MS; along with 2 brothers, Roy Robertson (Mary Pearl) and John Robertson (Ann), both of Batesville, MS.
