Bobbye Sorrells Hardin

Ms. Bobbye Jo Sorrells Hardin, age 82, died on Wednesday, 5/14/14 in her home, outside of Batesville, MS. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Curtis-Union Cemetery. The family will receive freinds beginning at 10:00 A.M. Saturday and continue until service time. Rev. John Howell, Jr. will be officiating the services. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are, Tim Morrow, Teddy Morrow, Billy Alford, Phillip Alford, James Gators, and Ollie Eckles. Bobbye was born July 3, 1931 in Batesville, MS to the late Clyde and Gladys Brannon Sorrells. Ms. Hardin was a retired Panola County Justice Court Clerk. Ms. Hardin is survived by her son, Henry C. (Buck) Hardin of Sardis, MS; three sisters, Imogene Griffisof Sardis, MS, Loraine Tramel of Batesville, MS, Gertrude Phillipsof Little Rock, AR; brother, Jesse Sorrellsof Germany; one granchild and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her her parents, husband, William Harvey Hardin and one grandson, Jonthan Hood.
