James "Tut" Richard Tuttle

James Richard "Tut" Tuttle, age 55, passed away Monday evening, February 17, 2014, at his home in Batesville, Mississippi. A graveside inurnment will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, 2/22/14, in Lehrton Cemetery, Ruleville, MS with Bro. Van Lott. Mr. Tuttle was born to Charles Edward & Betty Johnson Tuttle on August 26, 1958 in Ruleville, MS. He worked for the MS Department of Corrections as a Vocational Education Instructor. Tut was a member of the Ruleville Methodist Church. Those survivors whom he leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Wynoka Moody Tuttle of Batesville; 2 sons, Ryan Waldrup of Drew, MS & Chris Waldrup also of Drew; 2 sisters, Joyce Riales of Hernando, MS and Shirley Simmons of Charlotte, NC; one brother, John Tuttle of Greenwood, MS; 2 grandsons, Blake Waldrup of Water Valley, MS and Jaxten Waldrup of Cleveland, MS; and one granddaughter, Brianna Waldrup of Charleston, MS. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made the American Cancer Society, Panola Co. Chapter, P.O. Box 1718, Batesville, MS 38606.
