James R. Webb

James Richard Webb age 65, died Thursday morning 2/13/14 at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North Mississippi in Oxford, MS. Funeral services for Mr. Webb will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014, in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Michael Bates presiding.  Interment will follow in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Wells.  Pallbearers include:  Hunter Hynum, David Polson, Morgan Montgomery, Reggie Herron, Terry Tutor and Andy Smith. Mr. Webb was born on January 3, 1949 to Richard Dulin & Evelyn Baggett Webb in Lafayette County, Mississippi.  He was of the Baptist faith and worked as a factory worker and also a contractor throughout his lifetime.  To cherish his memory he is survived by his loving daughters, Ella Larae Webb Davis of Jackson, MS, Jodie Renee Webb Gaillard of Ripley, MS, Tammy Lynn Gray of Oxford, MS and Marty Jean Gray of Strayhorn, MS; one son, Richard Mac-Dulin Webb of Sardis, MS; 2 sisters, Becky Webb Keel of Water Valley, MS and Linda Kay Webb Underwood of Batesville, MS; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Tracie Lynn Webb and one sister, Patricia Webb.
