Richard L. Mayo, Jr.

Richard L. Mayo, Jr., age 35, passed away on November 27, 2013, at Tri-Lakes Hospital in Batesville, MS. Richard was born to Judy Wiggs & the late, Richard L. Mayo, Sr. in Shelby, Mississippi on December 16, 1977. Rick loved to fish and hunt. He lived independently with help from his family and friends. He was an old fashion man who loved the holidays and family gatherings. He will be missed by all those who loved him. Today he is in heaven walking. His survivors include his daughter, Alexis Richelle Adcock of Batesville, MS; mother, Judy Wiggs Davis of Courtland, MS; step-father, James Davis of Courtland; sister, Cherri Mayo Hollingsworth of Courtland; one brother, Michael Dickson also of Courtland and his grandmother, Grace Wallace Mayo of Sledge, MS. Also he leaves his fiance Gayle Gordon of Courtland, MS and their son Dalton.
