She was preceded by her husband Alvin Allgood, son Billy Travis Allgood, daughter Faye Wimberly, daughter Janette Hill, son Paul Gene Allgood, grandsons Randy Hill, Donald Hill, Tim Duiguid, and sons-in-law Lee Wimberly, Terrell Hill, and Melvyn Jolly. She is survived by sister Mary Pharis of Long Beach, MS, sister Lucille Simmons of Greenwood, MS, brother Bill Yates of Rolla, MO, brother Dave Yates of Gulfport, MS, son W.A. Allgood and wife Cindy of Batesville, MS, daughter Betty Diuguid and husband Dave of New Smyrna Beach, FL, daughter Pat Jolly of Palestine, TX. Also surviving are 13 grandkids, 33 great grandkids, and 16 great- great grandkids. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ed Temple presiding. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at Wells. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery with her grandsons and great grandsons serving as pallbearers.
