Dianne Sorrells Jenkins

Dianne Jenkins, age 63, passed away on Wednesday morning, 11/20/13 in Baptist Hospital, Memphis, TN. Services for Ms. Dianne will be 11:00 a.m. Friday morning, 11/22/13 in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kevin Crofford officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Friday. Dianne was born to L.B. & Dee Samuels Sorrells in Sardis, Mississippi on January 31, 1950. She was a member of Sardis Lake Baptist Church. Dianne and her husband, Charlie, owned and operated a wholesale distributorship. Many people will remember Ms. Dianne as a crafty and creative entrepreneur. To cherish her memory she leaves her husband of 43 years, Charlie Jenkins of Sardis; one daughter, Stacey Jenkins McGovern (John) of Pope, MS; son, David Jenkins (Nikki) of Batesville, MS; her parents, L.B. & "Dee" Sorrells of Sardis; one sister, Pat Stokes (Ricky) of Courtland, MS; 3 brothers, Rusty Sorrells, Bob Sorrells & Randy Sorrells (Patricia) all of Sardis, MS; along with 4 beautiful grandchildren, Shelby McGovern, Avery Jenkins, Will Jenkins & Libby Jenkins.
