Ralph E. Sullivan

Ralph E. Sullivan, age 74, passed away at Tri-Lakes Medical Center ICU, Batesville, MS on Thursday afternoon, 8/1/13. Funeral services for Mr. Sullivan will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Matt Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Tutwiler Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening at Wells Funeral Home. Mr. Ralph was born in Port Smith, Ohio on Sept. 18, 1938. He was a self employeed scrap metal dealer and attended Wray's Chapel Church in Pope. Ralph was the husband of Charlotte Pruitt Sullivan of Pope, MS; and father of 4 daughters, Elizabeth Ann Bowman of Clarksdale, MS, Dana Self also of Clarksdale, Stephanie Pender of Knoxville, TN and Margrett Sullivan of Pope. He had one brother, Donald Carver of Louisville, KY; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Dennis Welch, Ray Rikard, Joshua Wilkinson, Joshua Forehand, Malcolm Vaughn, Paul Emery, Shawn Self and David Tutor.
