Video Memorial TributeWilma Faye Houston, age 76, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford, MS. Funeral services for Mrs. Houston will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Calvary Baptist Church, 305 Keating Rd, Batesville, MS with Dr. Paul Middleton presiding. Burial will follow in Forrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at Wells Funeral Home. Faye was born to Birdie Jenkins & Andrew White in Lafayette County, MS on January 18, 1937. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Batesville. Mrs. Houston was a retired seamstress for Fruit of the Loom in Batesville, MS. Survivors include her mother, Birdie Jenkins White of Oxford, MS; one son, Randy Kizer of Batesville; 2 grandchildren, Brandon Kizer and Megan Sealy both of Oxford, MS; 3 great grandchildren, Lila Kate Sealy, Olivia & Annalyn Carpenter; 3 sisters, Dianne Gray of Fulton, MS, Janice Cook of Oxford, MS and Donna Patterson of Southaven, MS; 4 brothers, Quay White of Batesville, MS, C.W. White of Oxford, MS, Gene White of Batesville and Johnny White of Oxford.
