Gavin Lee Moore, 5 months old, passed away on Thursday morning, May 9, 2013, at LeBonheur Children's Medical Center, Memphis, TN. Gavin's funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service time on Saturday at Wells Funeral Home. Gavin will be dearly missed by his family, which includes parents, Jarrett Lee & Brittney S. Moore of Courtland, MS, sister, Caylee Jaden Sensabaugh Moore of Courtland, Maternal Grandparents, Joey & Pam Sensabaugh of Courtland, Paternal Grandmother, Jan Moore of Batesville, Paternal Grandfather, Danny Moore of Courtland, Maternal Great Grandmothers, Betty Sensabaugh of Courtland and Reba Polson of Tocowa, Paternal Great Grandmother, Betty Moore of Batesville, and Paternal Great Grandparents, H.L & Bertha Moore of Batesville. He was preceded in death by Maternal Great Grandfathers, Marvin T. Sensabaugh and David Henry Polson, Sr., and Paternal Great Grandfather, Jolly Mack Moore.
