Ronald "Ronnie" Wayne Williams, age 62, passed away at his home Tuesday evening, March 26, 2013.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Forrest Memorial Park. Reverend Terry Tribble will be officiating the service. Ronnie's family will receive friends Friday evening, March 29, 2013 from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
Ronnie was born November 14, 1950 in Batesville, MS to the late Thomas Edwin and Melva Sue Manning Williams. He has worked for T.V.E.P.A. for over 40 years beginning when was 18 years old and has been a crew foreman for many years. Ronnie was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and was an avid lover of the outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing or working of the farm. Also, he was a past Master of Mason Lodge #66 in Batesville, MS, along with being the past president of A&B Hunting Club. Ronnie served his country in the National Guard and at one point was a Panola County Sheriff Deputy where he is still an Honorary Deputy.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Williams of Batesville, MS; two daughters, Brandi Mechelle Williams Roberson of Batesville, MS and Leah Williams Ballard of Batesville, MS; two sisters, Tommie Sue Williams Heafner, Margaret Williams Russell of Batesville, MS and is also survived by his sunshine and joy, his granddaughter, Alexia Kaylen Sewell.
Ronnie was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda Leigh Williams.
