Norma B. McKee

Norma B. McKee, age 86, died on Thursday morning, 1/10/13, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center, Batesville, MS. The funeral service for Mrs. McKee will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning, 1/12/13, in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at Wells Funeral Home. Norma was born to Irene Horton & Charles Grady Byers, Sr. on May 30, 1926 in Yalobusha County, MS. She was a homemaker and a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include, her 2 daughters, Lynn M. Finnie (James Horace) of Batesville, MS and Kathy M. Downey (Michael) of Germantown, TN, one grandson, Michael Chase (Jenni) Downey, one great granddaughter, Emerson Kate Downey and 2 step-granddaughters, Margaret Ann Finnie and Kim Finnie. Those preceding Norma include her parents and her husband, C.S.
