Video Memorial TributeLillian Sharp Hinton age 80, widow of Clifton Hinton, Jr., died Sunday afternoon, 11/11/12, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center in Batesville, MS.
Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Lillian will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 11/13/12, in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tommy Snyder officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery with Don Phelps, Eric Swindle, Billy McCullar, Donald Phelps, Dennis Mangrum, Harold Dalrymple, Dennis Darby and Rick Ashby serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from noon until service time on Tuesday, 11/13/12.
Mrs. Hinton was born on February 28, 1932, to Oliver Gilbert & Dorothy Delight Locke Sharp in Itta Bena, MS. She worked over 31 years as a beautician. Mrs. Lillian was a member of the First Baptist Church of Batesville.
Among her survivors, she leaves her son, Ronnie G. Hinton (Angie) of Batesville, MS, one sister, Ruby Inez Sharp McCullar of Courtland, MS, a brother, Cecil Oliver Sharp of Batesville, 3 grandchildren-Brandon, Samantha & Hollie along with 6 great grandchildren-Gary, Christopher, Alexis, B.J., Alli, Bek & Tabby.
Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded by one son, Clifton Randy Hinton.
