Video Memorial TributeThelma Marie McClain, age 96, widow of Rev. Thomas A. McClain, died on Thursday morning, 11/01/12, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center, Batesville, MS. The funeral for Mrs. McClain will be held on Monday, 11/5/12, at 2:00 p.m. in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Richards and Rev. Chet Bush officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitiation will be held on Monday, from Noon until service time at Wells Funeral Home. Mrs. Thelma was born to Clarence & Tennie Howard Conditt on 9/8/16, in Durant, OK. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. McClain worked as a homemaker and a secretary. Left to mourn her loss and celebrate her life are her children, Stanley (Ilona) McClain of Batesville, MS and Esther (Jerry) Richards of Marshalltown, IA; 5 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
