Video Memorial TributeFrank T. Hudson, Jr., age 74, died at his home in Sardis, MS, on Monday evening, 10/22/12. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, 10/27/12, at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Troy Darby officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday. Inurnment will be held at a later date in the West Tennessee Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Memphis, TN. He was born in Memphis, TN, on July 12, 1938, to Mary Kathryn Teas & Frank Tindall Hudson, Sr. Before retirement, Mr. Hudson worked in the Restaurant and Food Service Industry. Frank served the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. His family includes: 3 daughters, Tammy Hudson Cooper (Jack) of Lakeland, TN, Shelia Hudson Acerra (Steve) of Memphis, TN, Cheryl Hudson Babb of Olive Branch, MS, 3 grandchildren, Kerrie Cooper, Maeghan Kelly and Wesley Acerra along with 1 great granddaughter, Hannah Sluszka, 5 sisters, Lisa K. Oliver of Gautier, MS, Rita C. Walls of Ocean Springs, MS, Becky Millea of Byhalia, MS, Elaine Beard of Eads, TN, Sue Mauney of Searcy, AR, 5 brothers, William E. Hudson of Gautier, MS, John Boyuka, Jr., of Holly Springs, MS, Richard McKnight of Senatobia, MS, Gary Wayne Hudson of Gautier, MS, William DaVis of Batesville, MS and Sammy Wilson of Batesville, MS. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Michael Boyuka and Barry Davis.
