Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Father Joe Tonos & Father Sam Messina presiding. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Doug was born January 29, 1968 in Dearborn Heights, MI to Robert Peter and Roseann Veronica Heisler Gehringer. He was disabled and was a member of St. Johns Evangelist Catholic Church in Oxford, MS. Douglas is survived by his wife, Jennifer Hossenlopp Gehringer of Batesville, MS; daughter, Kaitlyn Gehringer of Batesville, MS; three sons, Preston, Tyler, and Austin Gehringer all of Batesville, MS; parents, Robert Peter and Roseann Veronica Heisler Gehringer of Lakeland, FL; sister, Kathy Gehringer of Water Valley, MS; three brothers, Robert Gehringer of Cordova, TN, James "Jimmy" Gehringer of Collierville, TN, Larry Gehringer of Florida; mother-in-law, Eileen Hossenlopp of Batesville, MS; eight nieces and nephews.
