Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Chris Cooksey officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday evening, February 28, 2012. Dorothy was born September 3, 1934 in Batesville, MS to the late James K. and Emily Corrine Hughes Russell. She was a retired factory worker for Joilet Army Ammunition Plant and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Terry Willson of Batesville, MS, Debbie Gross of Olive Branch, MS; two sons, Churck Frederick of Pope, MS, Barry Frederick of Courtland, MS; two sisters, Ruby Beatty of Virginia, Katherine Cannon of Batesville, MS; brother, Hollis Russell of Batesville, MS; ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
