Cecil Still

Cecil F. Still age 84, husband of Robbie Morrow Still of Batesville MS, died at Tri Lakes Medical Center in Batesville, MS on Thursday, 1/26/2012. Funeral Services are to be at 11:00 AM Saturday, 1/28/2012, at Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Pat Ludlum and Reverend Todd Pittman officiating. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to Service time at 11:00. Cecil Franklin Still was born in Panola County, September 20, 1927, to the late Jadie Franklin and Bessie Scruggs Still. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served in World War II. He worked for the Mississippi Department of Transportation for forty years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Batesville, Mississippi. Cecil is survived by his wife, Robbie Morrow Still of Batesville, MS; son, Cecil Franklin "Frankie" Still, II of Batesville, MS; two grandchildren, Jadie and Cecil; two great-grandchildren, Kylie and Kaden. Mr. Still was preceded in death by his parents: Jadie and Bessie Scruggs Still; Sisters: Bethel Still Dilmore and Betty Still Glenn; Brother: Jadie Still.
