Frank Taylor age 89, Father of Bobby Taylor Vance, died Friday evening 12/16/11 at Tri-Lakes Medical Center in Batesville, MS. Funeral services will be held Sunday 12/18/11 at 2:00 O'clock PM at Wells Funeral Home with Dr. Doug Sullivan-Gonzalez officiating. Interment will be in Forrest Memorial Park with Clayton Taylor Vance, Nona Edward Taylor, Michael Taylor, Lance Dendy, Vic Mosley and Lee Monfee serving as Pallbearers. Mr. Taylor was born Spetember 24, 1922 in Houlka, MS to Louis Clark and Lennie Lela Chaffen Taylor. Frank was a self-employed farmer & timberman and was a Veteran of WWII serving his country in the U.S. Army. Mr. Taylor was a Presbyterian by faith. He leaves 2 Daughters: Bobby Taylor Vance- Batesville, MS; Betty Taylor Brown- Oxford, MS; Son: Billy Frank Taylor- Houlka, MS; Sister: Burta Estell Taylor Baker- Malvern, AR; and 3 Grandchildren: Clayton, Heather and Ashley.
