Bob was born August 27, 1965 in Memphis, TN to the late Bobby Ray Best, Sr and Dyan Melton Best. Mr. Best was a country store merchant and a self-employed roofer. He is survived by a wife Paula Turner Best- Oakland, MS; 2 Step-Daughters: Amanda Bennett- Meadville, PA; Keri Bennett- Coffeeville, MS; Step-Son: Neal Bennett- Oakland, MS; Mother: Dyan Melton Best Jenkins- Oakland, MS; 2 Sisters: Wanda Best Smallwood- Oakland, MS; Bonita Best Turner- Oakland, MS; Half-Sister: Linda Faye Best Greif- Nashville, TN; Brother: Stacy Christopher Best- Enid, MS; Step-Brother: Bobby Joe Dees- Nashville, TN; 3 Grandchildren.
