Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Crowder Baptist Church with Reverend Larry Kilgore and Reverend Marty Evans officiating. Burial to follow in Crowder Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Wells Funeral Home. Mrs. Gazaway was born January 18, 1945 in Vaiden, MS to the late George Franklin and Carrie Self Miller. She was a homemaker and member of Crowder Baptist Church. Betty is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Ellis Gazaway of Crowder, MS; daughter, Wendy Gazaway Snyder of Crowder, MS; son, James DeWayne Gazaway of Crowder, MS; sister, Sarah Castleberry of Grenada, MS; brother, George Edward Miller of Alabama; three grandchildren, Kathleen Snyder, Amber Gazaway and Jayson Gazaway; three great-grandchildren, Tyler Gazaway, Cole Gazaway, and Gracelyn Snyder.
