A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, 9/15/11, at Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Batesville, MS with Father Sam Messina officiating. Visitation will be held at Wells Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. on Wed., 9/14/11. Rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Croney was born on November 10, 1935 to Edmund & Evelyn Geofferion Morrison in North Brookfield, MA. She worked as a factory worker as a ribbon winder. Mrs. Croney was a Catholic and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in North Brookfield, MA. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Emmett R. Croney of Batesville, MS, daughter, Raelene Croney Greer (Roger) of Water Valley, MS, sister, Theresa Morrison Uracius of New Braintree, MA, brother, Ralph Morrison of Barre, MA and a grandson, Cody Greer.
