Jazzlyn Makayla Wash, infant daughter of Derrick Wash and Samantha Davis of Lambert, MS, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011. Jazzlyn was born May 15, 2011 at Northwest Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale, MS. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at Crowder Baptist Church with interment to follow in Crowder Cemetery in Crowder, MS. Rev. Larry Kilgore will be officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to services at Crowder Baptist Church. Jazzlyn is survived by her parents, one brother, Damarion Davis of Lambert, MS; maternal grandparents, Sam Raymond and Martha Davis of Lambert, MS; paternal grandparents, Dennis and Jermiashua Beverly of Atlanta, GA, Mary Wash of Webb, MS; maternal great-grandparents, Brenda and Thomas Brock of Batesville, MS, Vernon and Shirley Davis of Crenshaw, MS; paternal great-grandparents, Rachel Robinson of Webb, MS, M.G. and Alma Sumner of Sumner, MS.
