Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 3, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kevin Crofford presiding. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Sardis, MS. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home. Penny was born in Marks, MS on February 1, 1960 to Royce Dwight & Eunice Nelson Holley. She was a member of Lambert Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother, Eunice Nelson Holley Truelock of Sardis, MS; son, Dylan Holley of Sardis, MS; 4 sisters, Terri Lynn Pierce of Marks, MS, Dianne Holley Watson of Batesville, MS, Betty Jean Norwood of Walls, MS, Faye Holley Traywick of Senatobia, MS, 1 brother, Wesley "Butch" Holley of Como, MS, 5 step-brothers, 3 step-sisters, 1 uncle, Bobby Dean Holley and 1 aunt, Anita Nelson Watson. Pallbearers will be: Henry Pullen, Jr., Shaun Davis, Michael Ragsdale, Leon Nabors, Al Billings, Josh Buckingham, Jonathan Hartsfield and Cody Gentry.
