Graveside Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Union Grove Cemetery in Bruce, MS. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Monday, April 18, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home. Mr. Camp was born March 11, 1932 in Banner, MS to the late Everette Lee & Evie Lavae House Camp. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a logger by trade. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Dale Camp and Quay Camp; and granddauther, Heather Camp. Survivors include sons, Thomas Lynn Camp (Susan) of Batesville, MS; Arvis "Buddy" Dalton Camp (Barbara) of Courtland, MS; Johnny Wayne Camp of Water Valley, MS and Lee Earl Camp (Patricia) of Courtland, MS; daughters, Anita Carol Camp of Sardis, MS; and Becky Louise Penton of Carriere, MS; additional children, John Travis Smith, Kevin Poynor, Lisa Camp, Angie Lancaster, Brenda Ann Camp, & Connie Lavae Camp; brother, Elvis Gale Camp of Coffeeville, MS; sister, Lynn Green of Brandon, MS; 18 Grandchildren, 36 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Mickey Hynum, Richard "Spanky" Webb, Mitchell Camp, Montel Johnson, Nathan Camp and Chris Camp.
