Funeral will be 2:00 O'Clock PM Wednesday 3/23/11 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Terrell McGregor officiating. Interment will be in Forrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm Wednesday. Mr. Pinkston was born August 2, 1944 in Quitman county to Harvey Ray and Loys Etoyle Englebert Pinkston. John served his country in the National Guard. Survivors include 3 Daughters: Cynthia Pinkston McGee- Batesville, Ms.; Teresa Carol Pinkston Cowen- McGhee, Ar.; Debra Louise Pinkston Lynchard- Greenville, Ms.; 2 Sisters: Shirley Pinkston Youngblood- Memphis, Tn.; Sue Pinkston Bradley- Colorado Springs, Co.; 4 Brothers: Harvey Pinkston and Richard Pinkston of Batesville, Ms.; Michael Pinkston- Anchorage, Alaska: Steve Pinkston- Marks, Ms.. Seven Grandchildren. Mr. Pinkston was preceeded in death by his parents Harvey Ray & Etoyle Pinkston; Sister- Barbara Pinkston; Brother- Spencer Pinkston.
