Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, February 14, 2011 at First Baptist Church, Batesville, MS with Dr. Robert Self, Dr. Tommy Snyder, Dr. Kendall Easley and Dr. Edd Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow with full military honors in Forrest Memorial Park, Batesville, MS. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home and then from 1:00 p.m. until service time at First Baptist Church on Monday. Bobby was born on June 19, 1946 in Batesville, Ms to Dr. Ben J. and Frances Virginia Legge Moore. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University where he received his degree in Civil Engineering. Bobby served his country in the United States Army and was awarded the Bronze Star during Vietnam. Mr. Moore was the owner of Moore Enterprises. He was an active member of First Baptist Church in Batesville. He also served as a Gideon and he was on the Board of the MS Home Educators Association. Survivors include, his wife Caroline Dorr Cline Moore of Batesville, MS; 3 Daughters, Julia Caroline Moore (John McGee) of Batesville, MS, Virginia Louise "Ginnie" Moore of Franklin, TN & Marla Holcomb of Enid, MS; 3 Sons, Robert Warren Moore II (Aimee) of Batesville, MS, Benjamin Lee Moore of Batesville, MS & Jonathan Patterson Moore (Jamie) of Clarksville, TN; his mother, Frances Virginia Legge Moore of Batesville, MS and his brother, Dr. Ira Harrison Moore (Joanne) of Roundrock, TX; one granddaughter, Taylor Eggelston of Enid, MS.
