Mr. Siegel is survived by his wife, Lori Witmer Siegel of Courtland, MS; sons, Dylan Siegel of Beardstown, IL; Mathew Siegel of Quincy, IL; sisters, Dee Siegel Snurr of Missouri; Tracy Siegel Keithley of Beardstown, IL; and brother, Greg Siegel of Rushville, IL.
