Memorial Service for Mr. Burke will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Tommy Darby officiating. Interment will be a private service at Bethel Cemetery in Enid. Mr. Burke was born August 13, 1949 in Pope, MS to Rosie Darby Austin and the late J. C. "Bud" Burke, Sr. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was owner of Burke Tire Store in Winona, MS. Mr. Mr. Burke was preceded in death by his father and sister Ruby Burke Westmoreland. Mr. Burke is survived by his wife, Julie Holland Burke of Winona, MS; mother, Rosie Darby Austin of Courtland, MS; daughter, April Burke of Dallas, TX; sons, William Holland of Augusta, GA; Keith Burke of Louisville, TX; and Jason Burke of Louisville, TX; brothers, J. C. Burke, Jr. of Enid, MS; and Lamar Burke of Memphis, TN; 6 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
